You have the right to self expression.

Others may not care about how you feel or what you have to say.
However, you still have the right to feel the way you feel and to
say what you need to say. It's not about people agreeing with you
or liking you, it's about you liking yourself and being who you are
in the end.

You are your own representative.

If you don't stand up for yourself, then who will?
If you don't take action, then you will continue to be the victim of
someone else's choices for your life.

You may think it's just easier to accept the way things are to
avoid more trouble and pain. But you are not avoiding anything at
all. I'm sure you've found out that no matter what you do,
something keeps happening to you, so why should you hold your
thoughts and feelings back any longer?


Who are doing it for? Certainly not for you.
Inside you know the truth. You may be able to fool everyone
else, but you cannot fool yourself.


Inside you know that you are living a lie.

Living a lie will catch up with you sooner or later. You will
become weaker and weaker from this draining waste of your
energy. In time, your health will begin to fail from the constant
stress that comes from denying your true self and your right to
happiness.
So ask yourself, do you want to be
independent or a dependent?  

Do you want to decide or have others decide for you? Children and
disabled persons need others to decide for them in order to maintain their
safety. Do you need someone to supervise you because you can’t
supervise yourself? No? Then you must express yourself to truly be free
to create a life that you choose.

To be able to change, you must be able to choose and then have the
chance to make your choices become a reality. The opportunity to create
a reality for ourselves that we believe in is what freedom is all about.

You chose it so therefore it belongs to you. Do you have the right to be
free? Who gave you that right? No human did. It is a desire that all people
possess due to an internal need to be independent. To be independent, you
need to have freedom. Free to decide, free to choose, free to be who you
are; free to be what you want to be and do what you want to do.

The greatest right that you have is to be who you are.

To do this, you must be able to express your true emotions, your
feelings. It is important that you learn to express yourself clearly since
your words represent you.



You need to know who you are so you can know where you're going,
not where others want to take you.












You are not born knowing who you are, but you have feelings that
give you a sense of what you like and don't like, what you care about
and what you don't.

As you gain more knowledge, you develop a greater sense of who
you are, what others are about and what you want to do with your
own life.

Another important aspect of being who you are is the ability to
communicate effectively. When you cannot communicate your
thoughts and feelings clearly to the person you are speaking to,
confusion and problems can quickly arise. You may be deprived of
someone or something you want or need. You will end up in
arguments or be irritated beyond measure if you don't learn to
communicate effectively.






















There is a way to say anything. Attacking someone is not the
way to resolve issues. Yelling and being aggressive only leads to
more yelling and aggression. But what you feel and what you
have to say matters.
Communication expresses who you are and what you need or want to
do. No one can do it exactly like you. So make sure you represent you.
Knowing how to effectively communicate by expressing your true feelings
is a part of the steps you take to create a better life
.
